| The Christmas cookie project 2006 is complete. I baked the final batch yesterday morning (those require getting ones hands a little burned on the silpat on each batch, so I put them off to the very end). All in all, there are 18 kinds, baked in 10 days. I think that equals about 1300 cookies in total. Today I will box them all up as gifts and in the next two days, there will be cookie deliveries from the Kat-elf. The rest I will ship to Maine tomorrow, so that my mom doesn't have to bake so much. She works too much as it is. |
