So last year at the beginning of the year, I created an Überlist with all sorts of stuff that I wanted to accomplish in 2005. I'm not doing that this year (or at least not a publicly published one), mainly because I didn't do a lot of the things from last year, in the form or time frame that I wanted (even though I did get a lot of the items on the list done).
Instead, I'm just going to have three simple New Year's Resolutions:
Professional: Triple the existing business of Latitude48 Translation
Personal: Lose weight according to ‘the plan', by August 15th, and then keep it off.
Overall: be positive = be happy
Those things aren't exactly resolutions because they are things that I am doing anyway, but they are important to me, so writing them down will be a good reminder.

The winter storm season is really upon us here on the left coast. The storms that have California have been making the news, but we are at flood stage here in Washington too. And there is only rain in the forecast for the next week or more.
