The after-Christmas visiting has been in full swing these last few days… lunch with Jean-jean-jellybean on Tuesday, dinner party #1 with the Jolliffe clan that evening and the family Fox over for a repeat performance of the dinner party last night. I can completely see why people over-eat during the holidays, though I think that I have been pretty good. I have been getting a run in about half the days, which is good, but man, running in the absolute cold is not so much fun.
We received some lobsters as a Christmas present from some friends, and Maurice is monitoring the lobster pot for any extracurricular movement, you know, in case one tries to escape or something. |
