I’m hanging out at the Boston airport. Thank goodness for wifi. It definitely helps kill the time. I am pretty early for my flight. Traffic from Maine (or lack there of), a smooth rental car return, easy-peasy check in and a short wait at the security line, and now I have 2 hours to kill.

Maine was fun, overall. I was actually expecting a lot of tears from Ingrid, but besides all of us choking up a little bit (or at least I think that all of us were choked up; I was) while singing Christmas carols on Christmas Eve, it was ok. We even fell into hysterical laughing fits at times. Laughing is good for the soul.

I met up with Jean on Monday night to catch up. Strange that even after 5 years of not seeing each other, we fell into a familiar routine. It was good to catch up. Hard to believe that she has been in London for so long.

Well, I should go find some food, seeing the JetBlue flight will be without any. Except animal crackers.
