There is something nice about small things sometimes. For my birthday last weekend, I bought myself a little key lime pie (I'm boycotting chocolate and key lime pie is my favorite anyway.... much better than chocolate any day) at Whole Foods. While it wasn't nearly as good as the one from Centre Street Cafe, it was pretty yummy. I also got flowers, which I have to say, made my day too, in the same "small things can make my day" kind of way.
Yes, I got two very cool large presents too (thank you thank you), but a 3 inch key lime pie made me smile. [grin]
